Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center

Had a FANTASTIC STAY; adored breakfast! Friendly staff, especially Victoria. Room was cozy, but needed more attention. Would return for sure, breakfast better than photos show.

The central location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions like the Anne Frank House. However, improvements could be made in terms of room amenities and communication with guests prior to arrival.

The units are airy, brand-new. Plenty of food at the gorgeous and tasty breakfast.

Loved every detail about my really nice 3 nights stay here. The hotel had a very central position near to the center, the Central Station. I found nice Burger Zaken by accident, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. Great service, accommodating stuff, the breakfast was exceptional.

Staying at Radisson Blu by the dam was a delightful experience. the cosy hotel was just a 5-minute walk from the shopping area. With a comfortable sitting area at the entrance, complete with coffee facilities, it was a welcoming sight. the friendly staff, especially the concierge, made us feel valued. Our room, at a great rate of 100 Eur per night, offered real value for money. Centrally located near trams and metro, the convenience was unparalleled.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum as it provides a smooth and impressive meeting experience with upscale features such as natural daylight, individual climate control, and an in-room espresso machine. The central location made it easy to access key business destinations and explore the local area around the hotel.

The one service that I missed for my work was a more efficient concierge computer system to streamline the processing of hotel guests.

Location and staff were very good and I loved that the place was clean. The rooms were with a bathtub. I ate at a great restaurant with delicious food.

Fabulous place for shopping. I stayed in this brand-new hotel for 3 days, had very nice experience, liked its perfect location just off the city center, red light district, the Rembrandt museum.

Its breakfast had not been included for the price paid.

Radisson Blu offers an excellent central location, renovated spacious rooms, and comfortable large beds. the hotel is quiet, clean, and provides great value for money. They even welcome dogs, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

Limousines offered instead of taxis.

My recent stay at this hotel exceeded all my expectations! the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They even left a sweet note in the room for my partner's birthday. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. We opted for a room with a view of the canal, and it was worth every penny. the breakfast was fantastic, catering to all dietary needs. the hotel's proximity to various landmarks made sightseeing a breeze, and the staff offered great assistance with navigating the city.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the parking area was quite small, making it challenging to enter and exit, especially when the streets were busy with vehicles and taxis.

One of the highlights of our stay was being able to use the gym facilities for the whole day when we couldn't extend our late checkout. the staff was lovely and always available to assist us. They even had small treats like fruits, biscuits, and candies at the counter, which was a nice touch. the buffet breakfast had a great variety of tasty options. the room had an old Amsterdamer vibe with a fancy marble bathroom and all the necessary amenities. it was a pleasant stay at Radisson.

Comfy rooms with thoughtful amenities

Laundry service mix-up aside, staff can be a tad rough around the edges.

As a tourist, I loved the upgraded Premium Room with its smart and clean design. The shower was amazing and the heated bathroom floors were a bonus. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the views from the windows were great. The location was convenient, with most major attractions within walking distance. The staff were helpful and thoughtful, even anticipating our need for an umbrella.

Felt like a VIP, no complaints.

I was eager to visit the Museum Het Rembrandthuis, and the Radisson pleasantly surprised me with its private entrance and check-in, providing convenience and privacy. The brand-new Wundermart's varied selection and the historic ambiance of Pastorie Restaurant & Bar were delightful highlights.

The Radisson was chosen for its excellent location near the Rijksmuseum, and I was pleasantly surprised by the brand-new Wundermart, offering a variety of fresh food and drinks, making it easy to grab a quick snack or meal on the go. The Pastorie Restaurant & Bar, housed in a majestic 17th-century building, served delightful modern European specialties and made for a charming dining experience.

Expensive room with disappointing view.

The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect for exploring the city as it's within walking distance to many attractions such as the iconic square and nestled right in the center of everything. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Not to mention, the hotel was situated in a mall making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts.

The lobby could use some improvements in terms of its decoration.

Great central location, with spacious lobby and a nice sauna included in the price. Clean and nicely designed rooms, with nespresso and quality TV channels. Helpful staff, who allowed us to park our car for two days and allowed us an early check-in. Delicious breakfast and bright decor ensure a pleasant stay.

The hotel itself is beautiful, resembling a charming Amsterdam street on the inside. While our room lacked a view, it was not a priority for our stay. the central yet quiet location, excellent amenities, and knowledgeable staff made our experience enjoyable and satisfying.

The hotel had a great location, close to key attractions and easily accessible. the room was well, appointed and comfortable, especially the bed.

Two things stood out as negative aspects of my experience. the check, in process was quite slow, with one of the rooms not being ready on time.

The staff were super accommodating, from arranging early check-in to making my son's birthday extra special with a cute surprise in the room; the location is top-notch and the rooms are spacious and comfy, felt like home. Though the bathroom could've been cleaner, it didn't overshadow the overall fantastic stay 🌟. The variety of amenities like sauna and gym offered great relaxation options during our trip.

Lack of assistance on arrival

I always choose this spot for the weekend. The staff found and returned my forgotten sim cards during my first visit, which I appreciated. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, fitness center, and more, this place suits me perfectly.

The Leidseplein was just a stone's throw away, and it offered a vibrant nightlife with endless entertainment options. We enjoyed over 300 concerts reflecting the rich diversity of Dutch culture, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our family. The certified Healthcare Champions of the hotel made sure our every need was met, organizing our family trip worry-free and in line with the Code.

My wife says that a kids' play area would enhance the family experience.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the vibrant nightlife at Leidseplein, and we caught an epic jazz concert nearby. The hotel's staff were super cool and made sure our visit was worry-free. Plus, the hotel's central location meant we had easy access to coffee shops and a bustling atmosphere.

The only thing I'd ask for is a better variety of late-night activities for young party-goers.
